King George Restaurant

I’m originally from Cornwall and miss the pizza!! Went to King George during a visit and the pizza was amazing! Absolutely delicious. The two servers were excellent and so nice. Can’t wait to return.

Stopped in for dinner and overall had a good experience. The place is a little dated, but it’s clean and has a cozy feel. The food was pretty good, the submarines were decent, though I’ve had better elsewhere. The calamari was heavily battered for my taste, but still enjoyable. Worth a stop if you’re in the area and looking for simple, comforting food.

I went with my wife to be for lunch and it was very good I had a king George wrap and probably one of the best wraps I've had, she had the Slovaki and she loved the dressing. The server was very friendly and made us feel like we were eating with a friend. I recommend this restaurant.

Visiting Cornwall again after 25 years and had to stop at King George. It was one of our go-to spots after the bars back in the day and it’s even better!. The big breakfast was amazing, eggs cooked perfectly, great beans, fast service, and the coffee cups never stayed empty. Highly recommend for a classic Cornwall breakfast.

I've been going to King George to get myself out of my apartment and do art on my tablet. I love how cozy the restaurant is and how friendly the staff are. I'm a very introverted and socially awkward person. So going to a public place can be an uncomfortable experience for me. But the staff always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable at the restaurant! I've tried a bunch of dishes here and I'm never disappointed! The food is excellent and the service is quick, even on very busy days! This is my favourite place to go to have a drink, eat a good meal and draw on my tablet! Great breakfast place. We were from out of town and took a chance. Very good breakfast food. So good, we went back the next day. The lovely lady that took our order and served our food remembered us from the Sunday.

Just had the steak sub here and it really hit the spot. Great service, flavorful steak, and crispy, flaky bread. The American white cheese and house dressing were a perfect combo. Everything came together for a hearty, delicious, and satisfying sandwich. I’d definitely order it again.

Always great. Service, food quality and quantity all top notch. You could teach Ottawa pizzerias a thing or two on how to make great pizza. Please keep it up. Thank you!
